Registration of two appeals before the Administrative Tribunal

On 18 September and 4 October 2017, the Administrative Tribunal registered two appeals (No. 585/2017 – Rona BROWN v. Secretary General and No. 586/2017 – Manuel PAOLILLO v. Secretary General).

In the first appeal, the appellant challenges the amount of the providence invalidity benefits. In the second appeal, the appellant challenges the refusal of his demand for compensation for acts of moral harassment.

This information is given to enable those who so wish to exercise their right to intervene under Article 10 of the Statute of the Administrative Tribunal.
