Development Bank Data Protection Regulations
The Development Bank ensures the protection of all individuals, whatever their nationality or residence, with regard to the processing of their personal data by the Bank, thereby contributing to respect for their human rights and fundamental freedoms, and in particular their right to privacy.
If an individual considers that her/his rights under the Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data have been contravened, she/he may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commissioner.
The Commissioner communicates her/his findings to the Governor who takes a decision in accordance with these findings.
The Administrative Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear disputes contesting this decision, that are lodged in accordance with article 14.5 of the Staff Regulations, by staff members, former staff members, claimants to their rights, as well as job candidates.
