The Council of Europe’s Committee of Experts on the Operation of European Conventions on Co-operation in Criminal Matters (PC-OC / Terms of reference / List of Conventions) is the forum in which, since 1981, experts from all member and observer states and organisations come together to elaborate ways to improve international co-operation in criminal matters and identify solutions to practical problems encountered in the application of Council of Europe Conventions in this field. Spain ratifies Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters

Spain deposited instruments of ratification of the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (ETS n° 182). The entry into force of the Protocol concerning Spain is foreseen on 1st of July 2018.

This brings the number of States having ratified the Convention to 39.

5 States (Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, and Russian Federation) have signed but have not yet ratified this Additional Protocol.
