Applications are now open for the HEY (Human Rights Education for Youth) Tutored Online Course on Environment, taking place online from 28 October to 24 November 2026 in English.
The course will examine the links between human rights and the environment, with a focus on the triple planetary crisis of climate change, pollution and biodiversity loss. Participants will explore environmental protection, legal frameworks, climate justice, vulnerability, climate litigation and advocacy actions.
The course is open to active young people up to 30 years old from the 46 Council of Europe Member States, as well as from Africa and the Middle East. The activity is free of charge and will be hosted on the HEY Programme e-learning platform.
