On the occasion of the meeting of the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the Council of Europe on 16 and 17 May 2019 in Helsinki (Finland), a celebratory treaty event has allowed governments to sign and/or ratify a number of Conventions, as follows:

• Protocol amending the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (2018): signed by Poland and Slovenia;
• Protocol amending the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons (2017): signed by Germany and San Marino;
• Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism (2015): ratified by the Slovak Republic;
• Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs (2015): ratified by Croatia;
• Protocol No. 16 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (2013): ratified by Andorra;
• Fourth Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (2012): signed by Germany;
• Convention on Access to Official Documents (2009): signed by Iceland and San Marino;
• Additional Protocol to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine concerning Genetic Testing for Health Purposes (2008): ratified by the Czech Republic;
• Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (1975): signed by Germany.
