19 judges and public prosecutors attended the HELP Training-of-Trainers organised in cooperation with the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors to reinforce the existing pool of HELP trainers in North Macedonia. The session was held on 2 and 3 October at the premises of the Academy.

Participants were welcomed by Judge Natasa Gaber-Damjanovska, Director of the Academy. Moreover, they benefitted from the presentations of HELP certified trainers (Velimir Delovski, Jelena Ristik and Aleksandra Stojanovska Tasevska) who shared their experiences in previous HELP courses.

Over the 2-days training session, participants were provided with an overview of the HELP methodology focusing on the key role of HELP national tutors in the implementation of its online courses. Several HELP online courses will be launched in the upcoming months in cooperation with the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors, starting with Reasoning of criminal judgments (5 November).

The Training-of-Trainers session was organised under the "HELP in the Western Balkans" project, funded by the Human Rights Trust Fund, in the framework of the Council of Europe Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals.
