For the 2019-2020 academic year, GRECO and the Federation for Education in Europe (FEDE), an international NGO with participatory status with the Council of Europe, have developed a pioneering education module on anti-corruption. The education module will be part of FEDE’s course on European Culture and Citizenship and will be taught across FEDE’s network of schools to over 10.000 students annually. It will familiarise students with different forms of corruption, its causes and consequences, measures taken to fight corruption and international standards. “We are proud to be partnering with FEDE on this crucial and ambitious project. I often say that the fight against corruption starts in schools: this is evidence that we practice what we preach”, said Marin Mrčela, GRECO President.
