GRECO will hold its 89th plenary meeting online from 29 November to 3 December 2021. The Plenary will examine 2 evaluation reports relating to the 5th evaluation round, 11 compliance reports relating to the 3rd, 4th and 5th evaluation rounds and 2 ad-hoc reports, concerning overall 14 Member States: Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, France, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, Slovenia and Ukraine.
The 3rd evaluation round covers incriminations provided for in the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption, the 4th evaluation round covers prevention of corruption in respect of members of parliament, judges and prosecutors, while the 5th evaluation round deals with preventing corruption and promoting integrity in central governments (top executive functions) and law enforcement agencies.
