Spain ratified the European Social Charter on 06/05/1980 and the Revised European Social Charter on 17/05/2021, accepting all of its 98 paragraphs.

Spain signed the Additional Protocol of 1995 providing for a system of collective complaintson on 04/02/2021 and ratified it on 17/05/2021.

Automatic incorporation into domestic law in accordance withArticle 96(1) of the Constitution.

Collective complaints procedure

L'Espagne a signé le Protocole additionnel de 1995 prévoyant un système de réclamations collectives le 04/02/2021 et l'a ratifié le 17/05/2021.
