Back No. 163/2018 ATTAC ry, Globaali sosiaalityö ry and Maan ystävät ry v. Finland

The complaint was registered on 18 April 2018. It relates to Articles 1 to 7, 11 to 13, 20 to 24, 26 to 31 and E of the Revised European Social Charter. The complainant organisations allege that the Government of Finland has endangered the respect for the rights secured in the European Social Charter and also the state's ability to duly fulfil them by the way in which the Finnish Government has negotiated the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
