Back No. 219/2022 European Organisation of Military Associations and Trade Unions (EUROMIL) v. Spain

The complaint was registered on 16 December 2022. It relates to Articles 5 (the right to organise) and 6 (the right to bargain collectively) of the revised European Social Charter. EUROMIL alleges that Defence Forces representative associations in Spain do not have full trade unions rights including the right for military personnel to form and join such organisation, in breach of the above-mentioned provisions of the Charter.
