While the European Committee of Social Rights has postponed its next session (23-27 March 2020), it intends to maintain its essential activities in so far as possible. In this context, the Committee has for the time being decided not to suspend the procedures and deadlines in pending collective complaints, but it is keeping the unfolding situation under close review. Meanwhile, any requests for extension of deadlines due to the current situation will be considered with the necessary understanding and flexibility.
