Back No. 229/2023 Federación de Servicios a la Ciudadanía de Comisiones Obreras Región de Murcia (FSC-CCOO) v. Spain

The complaint was registered on 31 July 2023. It relates to Article 4§2 (right to an equitable wage) of the revised European Social Charter. The complainant organisation alleges that drivers covered by the collective agreement for the Carriage of Goods by Road in the Murcia Region are not granted an increased rate of remuneration for overtime work, in breach of the aforementioned provision of the Charter.
