As a follow-up to the first meeting of 5 October 2020, the working group in charge of developing an interactive training course on Dynamic Security met online on 2 November.
The working group discussed the content of first two modules of the training course, namely (i) the concept of Dynamic Security and (ii) the components of Dynamic Security, based on valuable inputs from national and international experts.
As a result of the meeting, it was agreed that the training course will include a manual for trainers, an e-training version and other related training materials. Participants also concurred that each training module will have learning objectives and evaluations for trainees to measure the impact of the training.
This activity was organised within the EU and Council of Europe Joint Project "Support to Prison Reform in Ukraine – JP-SPERU", which is designed to promote human rights compliant management of prisons, including better alignment of prison healthcare provisions with European standards.
