The Council of Europe is looking for a Provider for the provision of equipment/appliances/furniture/materials for the Institute for Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and other Measures of Bosnia and Herzegovina (State Prison), with the aim of ensuring well-equipped and staffed training room/centre in order to offer good quality education and training to staff, as well as to provide to the prison staff a designated area to take a break, collaborate or work with an aim to improve their well-being. (the deliverables are described in greater detail in the Business and Technical Requirements – annex 1).
