The Council of Europe is EXTENDING the local public call for tenders for the procurement of publishing services to be provided within the Council of Europe Project “Strengthening the human rights compliant criminal justice system in the Republic of Moldova”.

In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for service providers for the provision of publishing services, including editing, design, layout and/or printing of publications and visibility materials for project events.

How to apply?

Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address [email protected], with the following reference in subject: Tender – SHRCCJ Project – Publishing Services.

Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.

Extended deadline for submission of tenders is 7 June 2021.

All questions about the tender shall be submitted at least 2 two working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address [email protected], with the following reference in subject: Questions – SHRCCJ Project – Publishing Services.
