In the framework of the Project ”Strengthening the human rights protection of refugees and migrants in the Republic of Moldova” funded and implemented under the Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova for 2021-2024, the Council of Europe is looking for Interested providers for the provision of illustration services for the Resilience Journal for adolescents. The Project aims to provide targeted support to the Republic of Moldova in the field of asylum and migration, also, in light of the refugee situation from Ukraine.
A wide range of activities have been foreseen under the project with the view to strengthening the capacities of various professionals to respond to the needs of refugees and migrants. To this end, the Project plans to develop a Resilience Journal for adolescents. The material will aim at providing support to children/adolescents who experienced traumatic events and will be specifically directed towards the child’s needs, trauma-informed, and strength- and resilience-oriented. The target of the Journal are refugee adolescents from Ukraine/other countries and Moldovan adolescents aged 12 - 18 years.
In that context, the Council of Europe is looking for a Provider to provide illustration services for the Resilience Journal for adolescents.
Interested consultants are invited to apply and submit their offer for the provision of illustration services in line with the Tender File and the Act of Engagement, which contain a full description of the terms and conditions of engagement and the scope of activities.
