The Council of Europe is currently launching an international public call for tenders for the procurement of international consultancy services to be provided within the Council of Europe Project “Strengthening the human rights compliant criminal justice system in the Republic of Moldova”.

In this context, the Council is looking for providers for the provision of international consultancy services in the area of criminal justice and prevention of human rights violations by the Ombudsperson Institution and the National Preventive Mechanism in the Republic of Moldova.

Tenders must be sent to the Council of Europe electronically.

Tenders submitted to another e-mail account will be excluded from the procedure.

Deadline for submission of tenders is 21 May 2021.
