Due to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic and the guidelines of the Chief Public Health Officer of the Slovak Republic in connection with covid-19, the fifth Open Day of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic was not be organized as a mass event. This year the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic opened its gates to the public through a video show on September 24, 2020.

Along with the video show the Constitutional Court  also offered the general public a film entitled "What if there were no constitution, Constitutional Court and justice" with statements by children and young people on various topics in the field of justice.

The Chancellery of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic organised a literary and art competition for elemantary school pupils and students of secondary and grammar schools. The results of the literary and art competition have been published on the website of the Constitutional Court on September 24, 2020. In both categories the 3 best works have been rewarded.
