"Open Doors Day" on the occasion of the European Day of Justice at Comrat Court of Appeal
On the occasion of the European Day of Justice on October 25, the Comrat Court of Appeal organizes the event "Open Doors Day".
The purpose of these events is to bring to the attention of students, pupils of educational institutions and interested parties information on:

"Open Doors Day" at the Supreme Court of Justice
At the joint initiative of the Council of Europe and the European Union, the European Day of Civil Justice has been celebrated on 25 October since 2003.
On this occasion, on Wednesday 25 October 2023, the Supreme Court of Justice will organise an "Open Doors Day" at its premises at 18 Petru Rareș Street.
Citizens interested in the organisation and functioning of the Supreme Court, in particular students and pupils interested in learning about the work of the Supreme Court of Justice are invited to attend this event.

Information session on the theme "European Justice in the interests of the Child" for students of the Theoretical High School "Ion Vatamanu" by employees of the Straseni Court
The European Civil Justice Day is marked annually on 25 October and aims to bring citizens closer to the justice process, inform them about their rights and promote the work of the Council of Europe and the European Commission.
Undoubtedly, a constituent element of a democracy is the rule of law, the main characteristic of which is the existence of an independent and efficient judiciary.
The Republic of Moldova is part of the European area and, in this respect, European standards on justice must be applied on its territory. The possibility of unhindered access to justice is an indisputable fundamental right that must be guaranteed to all citizens. Respect for fundamental rights throughout the Republic of Moldova must be a priority.
⚖️ On this occasion, the employees of Straseni Court: judge Mihaela GROSU, head of the Secretariat Valentina PRESCURA and the main media relations specialist Tatiana CEBOTARI, pay a visit on October 25, 2023, at 12:45, at the Theoretical High School "Ion Vatamanu", with the theme "European Justice in the interests of the Child".
At this event, it is proposed to discuss children's rights and then discuss their vision on their respect and protection in the Republic of Moldova.
”Open Doors Day” at Chisinau Court
On the occasion of the European Day of Justice on October 25, the Chisinau Court organizes the event "Open Doors Day".
The purpose of this event is to bring to the attention of those interested details about the activity of the Chisinau Court.
There will be free access for citizens within permissible limits.
Additionally, guided tours will be organized for students.
Three groups of students will visit the Buiucani headquarters (criminal cases) and the Center (civil cases).

The Criuleni Court offers the opportunity to all those interested to know what happens beyond the doors of the courtrooms.
"Open Doors Day" at Cahul Court of Appeal
On the occasion of the European Day of Civil Justice, the Cahul Court of Appeal organizes the Open Doors Day on October 26, 2023.
According to the action plan approved on October 17, 2023, the following actions are planned for the celebration of the event:
1. Announcement about the event party on the court's web page
2. Sending invitations high school and university
3. The program for the day of the event party (presentation to the court, assistance at court hearings, acquaintance with offices and rooms, discussions with judges, question and answer round with legal assistants and clerks, information regarding the electronic file, the information center, remote court hearings by teleconference, publication of decisions, recording of minute...)
4. Completing the questionnaire regarding the opinion about the event.
"Open Doors Day" in Soroca Justice Court
In the framework of celebration of the Jurist's Day and the marking on October 25 of the European Day of Civil Justice, measures were taken to promote the image of the court in the Central Headquarters of the Soroca Court.
Thus, on October 19, 2023, the court organized a study visit with the generic title "Know your court", where students of the first year, group of14, "Jurisprudence" specialty from the "Mihai Eminescu" College in Soroca participated.
And on October 23, 2023, the Central headquarters of the Soroca Court was visited by students of the first and fourth year, the "Electrification of agriculture" and "Auto Transport" specialties from the Agricultural Technical College in Soroca. The purpose of the events was to familiarize the students with the activity of the court and with the specifics of the functions exercised by the employees of the court. The students had a tour around the court premises, they visited the meeting rooms, the offices where the court staff work. They participated in discussions with the specialists of the generalization, systematization, monitoring of judicial practice and public relations section, who informed them about the rules of conduct in the court premises and directly in the courtroom, about the competence, role and structure of the Soroca Court, but also with reference to the main work processes carried out by the court employees, as well as the conditions for access to the legal professions practiced in the court.
The meeting with the students was informative for the development of legal culture. At the end, they were also challenged to a test of the information learned, handling it easily, which proved that the visit was productive, and the visitors remained impressed and interested in obtaining a legal profession in the future.
Simulated court session orginized by the Agency for Courts Administration together with the National Anticorruption Center
The Agency for Courts Administration, Ministry of Justice, together with the National Anticorruption Center organizes a simulated court session.
The case will be directed through the prism of the article 325 of Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova "Active corruption".
Nine (9) volunteers ACA and NAC are going to be involved in the event, and another 12 volunteers will take part of the event as viewers.
The event will be filmed and broadcasted on social media on the CNA and ACA pages.
