On 13-14 October 2022, the CEPEJ working group on cyberjustice and artificial intelligence  (AI) (CEPEJ-GT-CYBERJUST) will meet in Strasbourg. The meeting’s discussions will focus on the works of the Advisory Body on Artificial Intelligence (AIAB), recently set-up to strengthen the CEPEJ expertise on issues related to AI in judicial systems; as well as on the revision of the ICT Index, a CEPEJ tool to measure the integration of digitised tools in judicial systems. The members of the working group will also exchange with the members of the CEPEJ Pilot Court Network, to gather their input on a comparative study on the development of E-auctions in the member States. Moreover, other tools and studies currently under development will be discussed, namely a comparative Study on Public Jurisprudence Database, and two studies regarding online mediation.
