The CEPEJ Working Group CYBERJUST decided, during its 2nd meeting on 24 and 25 September 2020 by videoconference, which concrete tools should be developed in the short or medium term among the issues as varied as the digitisation of courts, procedures and files, the management of online mediation, the enforcement procedure within a digital environment or even artificial intelligence in the field of justice. The Group also discussed the needs and methods of training to the tools developed by the CEPEJ in the field of Cyberjustice and artificial intelligence. During this meeting, the Group also elected its President and hold an exchange of views with the Working Group on quality of justice in the framework of the coordination of the work of the respective groups.
