An exploratory study to assess the current situation with regards to Court organisation and administrators’ capacities, their functions and responsibilities was conducted by a team of CEPEJ experts (Marco VELICOGNA, Scientific expert and Researcher at the Research Institute on Judicial Systems of the National Research Council of Italy; Davide CARNEVALI, Researcher at the Research Institute on Judicial Systems of the National Research Council of Italy, Anduena GJEVORI, PhD candidate and lecturer in European Business Law, Faculty of Economy, University of Elbasan, Aida Gugu BUSHATI, EU / CoE Support to Efficiency of Justice - SEJ national long-term expert). The focus of the assessment report in particular is to first instance and appeal courts.
