Conclusions of the European Committee of Social Rights

The European Committee of Social Rights examines national reports and decides whether or not the situations in the countries concerned are in conformity with the European Social Charter. Its decisions, known as “conclusions”, are published every year.

This page contains volumes of conclusions from 1991 (cycle XII)  to 2010.  Conclusions from previous years may consulted by country in the caselaw database of the European Committee of Social Rights.
