The programme of activities 2007 has been drawn up using the method followed by the Council of Europe. It is a cascade approach based on the following sequence: Lines of action – programmes – activities.
This makes it possible to place the centre’s activities in a more strategic, result-oriented context.

The 2008-2010 Action Plan will be based on the Action Plan adopted by the Heads of State of the member States of the Council of Europe during its Warsaw Summit (May 2005), with a particular focus on intercultural dialogue as well. The Action Plan will also take into consideration recent resolutions and recommendations adopted by the Council of Europe which gave the North-South Centre political guidance.
