Dear educators, Dear friends, We welcome you in this 2010 journey while celebrating the 20th anniversary of the North-South Centre. We gladly share with you twenty years of dialogue and understanding with partners beyond European boundaries, bringing world issues and world priorities in the European agenda. This venture is captured in the publication One World-Our World issued for the NSC anniversary and completing the special webpage. The NSC will pursue its work for global citizenship and youth empowerment while fostering the intercultural dialogue. Its 2010 programme of activities reflects such priorities. The Global Education programme will follow its awareness-raising and capacity-building activities and will broaden its networking to partners from Latin America and Africa. The Youth programme is successfully developing its training activities in Africa through its Euro-Africa University on Youth & Development. Youth is the core issue of this newsletter.
