Strengthening the Training Cycle Management skills

The High School of Justice staff members benefited from a thorough training on the Training Cycle Management on 22-23 February 2017. The participants gained knowledge and strengthened their skills in preparing courses outlines with respective timeline and budget through group exercises. The curriculum development process was another important part of the training, followed by the participants’ individual presentations that enabled the trainer to provide recommendations for an efficient training delivery. This training is part of a series of targeted capacity building activities on training needs assessment and impact evaluation Judges, in return, will benefit from higher standards of training delivery. As a result of these, the High School of Justice trainers will benefit from a Training Cycle Management Manual to guide their work.

The activity was organised within the framework of the Council of Europe Project “Strengthening the capacity of the High School of Justice of Georgia”. This Project is funded by voluntary contributions of Bulgaria, Liechtenstein, Norway, Slovakia and Sweden to support the implementation of the Council of Europe Action plan for Georgia 2016-2019.
