144th Plenary Session of the Venice Commission

During its 144th Plenary Session, the Venice Commission had on its agenda nine Opinions concerning eight countries (Georgia, Hungary, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Peru, Slovak Republic, Spain and Ukraine), as well as a Report and three amicus curiae briefs for the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Court of Armenia.
