The Committee of Experts on the Operation of European Conventions on Co-operation in Criminal Matters (PC-OC) held its 85^th meeting on 14-16 May 2024 in Strasbourg. Main items on the agenda included a draft Third Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters, the possible accession of Thailand and Kazakhstan to this Convention,  the future workplan of the PC-OC, as well as concrete cases and experiences relating to the practical implementation of the Council of Europe conventions on co-operation in criminal matters. Following this meeting, members of the PC-OC held an exchange of views with a delegation of representatives from the International Legal Cooperation Department of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
