Publications on the application of the European Convention on Human Rights are now available to law students at the University of Montenegro library of the Faculty of Law. More than 100 copies of the human rights materials developed under the joint European Union/Council of Europe action "Improved procedural safeguards in judicial proceedings in Montenegro" now significantly contribute to the general human rights literature.

The materials cover the areas of reasonable time standards, prohibition of torture and right to property, which will be used by law students specialising in human rights, but also students interested in legal research and analysis.

This activity is a part of the ongoing successful co-operation with the law faculties aimed at building the capacities of the law faculties in Montenegro to integrate the practical human rights education into the regular curricula, through implementation of the legal clinical education.

The action "Improved procedural safeguards in judicial proceedings in Montenegro" is a part of the joint European Union/Council of Europe programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022”.
