The Council of Europe and the European Union have launched a new action on cybercrime in the Eastern Partnership region. The new project called Cybercrime@EAP III is aimed at improving the cooperation between criminal justice authorities and service providers in specific criminal investigations and with the necessary rule of law safeguards.
Covering Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, this project is part of the Programmatic Cooperation Framework of the European Union and the Council of Europe for this region. Cybercrime@EAP III commences this December with a duration of over two years.
