A workshop was organised within the framework of the European Union/Council of Europe Joint Programme on “Consolidating Ethics in the Public Sector in Turkey” (TYEC2) in Ankara on 26 March 2014. The workshop was a follow-up to five previous seminars and workshops and aimed at drafting a code of conduct for public universities in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education, Council of Higher Education and representatives of academia. The workshop provided an opportunity to finalise the draft code and to have a common understanding on its implementation aspects.
