A seminar on the development of the draft Law on the Tunisian Authority on good governance and fight against corruption was held in Tunis on 19 November 2015 with the participation of a wide range of authorities representing all branches of the government. A detailed discussion of the draft law developed by the SNAC2 Project team was held, and a number of important considerations for the amendment of certain draft articles were proposed. Based on the results of the discussions, a revised draft will be prepared by the SNAC 2 Project team and transferred to the Tunisian authorities for further follow-up.
