The reports note that the Republic of Moldova, Monaco and San Marino have introduced legislative amendments to implement Article 3(4) on "confiscated property". The Russian Federation was found to have made progress in implementing Article 11 ("international recidivism") and Article 14 ("postponement of domestic suspicious transactions"). Further progress has been recognised in Armenia with regard to Article 25 ("confiscated property"), while Austria has taken the necessary legislative measures to implement Articles 7(2)(c) and 19(1) ("monitoring of banking information").

Following these assessments, the Conference of the Parties called on the remaining reviewed State Parties that have yet to fully implement the relevant provisions of the Convention to step up their efforts towards full implementation.
