Within the framework of the Project  “Support to Further Modernisation of Court Management in Georgia – Phase II ” the Council of Europe is launching a tender procedure for the provision of local consultancy services.

The objective of this tender is to establish a pool of local consultants who will provide consultancy services to the Council of Europe on an as-needed basis.

The tender is announced in three lots:

• Lot 1: Evaluation, Judicial Statistics, and Time Management
• Lot 2: Quality of Justice, and Building Skills and Competences of Justice Professionals
• Lot 3: Mediation
