One of the aims of the project has been to develop a training strategy and a training package in order to support the application of the Code of Ethics and to consolidate the ethics training beyond the work of the project. The Ethical way - Ethical Leadership Programme is an outcome of this.
As part of the Programme,
- the Implementation Guide helps public sector organisations prepare their organisation for the Ethics Training Programme. In addition, it includes recommendations on how to consolidate ethical principles and how to apply it to their organisation following the training event;
- the Facilitators guide provides all the information a facilitator will need to know to run a training event on ethics within a public service organisation in Turkey.
