In support of the implementation of the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest and the Law on Protection of Whistleblowers in Kosovo*, the Project against Economic Crime in Kosovo* (PECK II) developed a Handbook on Managing Conflict of Interest in the Public Service and a Handbook on the Protection of Whistleblowers.

The publications provide hands-on guidance to public servants on identifying and managing conflict of interest and reporting and processing reports on wrongdoing. In addition to being a “how-to” resource, both publications will be used to raise awareness and train on conflict of interest and whistleblowing.
