Retour In-country training on procedural protective measures for witnesses

The in-country training on procedural protective measures for witnesses is aimed at addressing the training needs of all those who handle or deal with witness protection programmes and measures in Kosovo*.

The training will mainly focus on:

  • witnesses protection at main trial;
  • stress reduction and optimisation of results;
  • balance between security and effectiveness in the protection strategy;
  • protective measures after completion of proceedings.

The event is organised by the Council of Europe in co-operation with the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo and will take place from 26 to 27 October in the Kosovo Judicial Institute in Pristina.
