The second meeting of the CDCJ drafting group on legal aid schemes took place in Strasbourg on 9-10 December 2019.

The group is tasked with developing, by the end of 2020, guidelines aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of legal aid schemes (including advice, assistance and representation) in the member states in the areas of civil and administrative law.
