Venice Commission of the Council of Europe

Back 50th Plenary Meeting of the Commission (Venice)

The Venice Commission has invited European Commission President Romano Prodi to participate in its 50th session. On 9 March, he gave a speech on cooperation between the two institutions and on the future European Constitution. The participants examined in particular the situation of minorities in Croatia, in the presence of the Deputy Justice Minister, as well as recent developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Moldova.
