The planning and implementation phase is essential to establish the electoral calendar and to ensure the logistics of an electoral process. This part of the electoral process requires, among other things, a clear and appropriate budget and timetable, the recruitment of the temporary election staff as well as the preparation of the logistics, such as the accessibility of polling stations or ordering the election material.
