Submitting your successful application

For your application to be successful, please ensure the following:

• The application form has been filled in in English or French – the two official working languages of the Council of Europe.

For institutional applications, please ensure that:

• The application has been made or authorised by the person responsible for the university/research institute/ school/faculty, i.e. for the level on behalf of which you apply (president/chancellor/rector/director...);
• A point of contact is included in the application, for the person in charge of the applicant university (president/chancellor/rector) or the level on behalf of which the application is made (research institute, school, faculty...). Please provide full names (first name and last name, no initials), non-generic institutional email addresses, and position/title;
• A specific professional email address is included. Please include avoid generic email addresses (such as [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc.) or commercial email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.).
