Submitting your successful application

To ensure your application is successful please ensure the following:

• The application form has been filled in in English or French – the two official working languages of the Council of Europe.

For institutional applications, please ensure:

• The application has been made by, or authorised by, the responsible for the university/research institute/ school/faculty, i.e. for the level on behalf of which you apply (president/chancellor/rector/director...).
• A point of contact must be included in the application, i.e. the responsible of the applicant university (president/chancellor/rector) or the level on behalf of which the application is made (research institute, school, faculty...). Please give full names (first and last, no initials), non-generic institutional email addresses, and position/title.
• We cannot accept generic email addresses (for example, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc.) and we also cannot accept commercial email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.).
