The Council of Europe has launched a consultation aimed at establishing a framework contract with service providers to ensure IT support for its remote offices. This contract will focus particularly on maintaining the information technology infrastructure and delivering desktop support including for the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe in Lisbon.
