Prof. Dr. Tove H. Malloy is Director of the European Centre for Minority Issues in Flensburg, Germany and adjunct professor at the Europa-Universität Flensburg. She has served as full member and additional member of the Council of Europe’s Advisory Committee on the European Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities in respect of Denmark since 2011. From 2016-18 she also served as the Gender Equality Rapporteur of the Advisory Committee. Before taking up her directorship, Prof. Malloy was a diplomat in the Danish Foreign Service. She holds a doctorate in government and political theory from the University of Essex (UK) and specializes in minority rights, international law and international relations.
