Our Values
Core values help to define what is important to our Organisation. They are not a set of rules but represent guidelines that we should try to follow in everything we do at work. As opposed to the three pillars of the Council of Europe, which define our key areas of activity, the core values focus on behaviours, attitudes and principles that every staff member should embrace.
PROFESSIONALISM
We act in a professional manner, we are committed to the mission and goals of the Organisation and we strive to achieve the highest standards.
INTEGRITY
We are ethical, honest and fair in our actions and decisions, and we operate with impartiality and independence from undue external influences.
RESPECT
We co-operate with, listen to and help our colleagues, as well as treat all people with dignity and respect and without discrimination as regards racial, ethnic or national origin, gender, beliefs, lifestyle, sexual orientation, disability, etc.
