Back 1436th Human Rights meeting of the Committee of Ministers - Implementation of the European Court of Human Rights judgments

On 8 to 10 June, the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers will examine the implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, in accordance with its  supervisory role under Article 46 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

The cases proposed for detailed examination, listed below, concern: Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Republic of Moldova, Poland, the Netherlands, Romania, the Russian Federation, Slovak Republic, and Türkiye.

The decisions and resolutions adopted will be made public shortly after the meeting.
