More than 150 participants took part to the annual ENIC NARIC meeting in the Charles University in Prague.
The main items of the agenda were: the social role of Higher Education institutions, the recognition of refugees’ qualifications , fraud and higher education and the development of global Convention.
The 17 and 18 of June was held in Charles University in Prague the 25th annual joint meeting of the ENIC NARIC networks.
The meeting reiterate the central role that credential evaluators, and recognition in general plays in the reinforcement and development of the European Higher Education Area through a real implementation of the Lisbon Recognition Convention.
More than 12 Working groups were proposed offering a large range of themes like:
- presentation of the last development within the European higher Education Area and the Paris communiqué
- presentation of the European Education area
- the relation between Quality assurance and recognition
- the challenge of automatic recognition
- presentation of higher education systems in several countries (Sudan, Philippines, Algeria, Morocco)
