On November 24, the Council of Europe spoke at an online conference on Empowerment and Partnership in Student Engagement organized by Quality & Qualifications Ireland, the Irish National Student Engagement Programme, and StudentSurvey.ie. The Head of the Council of Europe’s Education Department, Sjur Bergan, spoke in a session on Embedding student partnerships in higher education, with Gohar Hovhannisyan, President of the European Students’ Union.
