GRECO will hold its 95^th plenary meeting from 27 November to 1 December 2023. The Plenary will examine 3 evaluation reports relating to the 5^th evaluation round, and 13 compliance reports relating to the 5^th and 4^th evaluation rounds, concerning overall 16 member States: Cyprus, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, North Macedonia, Portugal, Republic of Moldova, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Spain, Türkiye and the United States of America.

The 5^th evaluation round deals with preventing corruption and promoting integrity in central governments (top executive functions) and law enforcement agencies, while the 4^th evaluation round covers prevention of corruption in respect of members of parliament, judges and prosecutors.
