Guidelines for parties to the Istanbul Convention to report on the implementation of the Convention

The publication, Guidelines on Reporting for Baseline GREVIO Evaluations, has been developed to assist parties to the  Istanbul Convention to organise all essential information related to the convention’s baseline and thematic reporting processes. The Guidelines provide support during monitoring of Istanbul Convention implementation by the Council of Europe’s Group of Experts on action against violence against women and domestic violence (GREVIO). The publication is of particular assistance to contact persons of parties to the Istanbul Convention and representatives of their national coordinating bodies, responsible for coordinating the monitoring and evaluation procedure and liaising with GREVIO.

With a focus on Ukraine, this publication identifies specific concerns and potential challenges linked to the monitoring and evaluation process, as Ukraine enters its first evaluation procedure cycle during a period of conflict.

This publication was produced under the Council of Europe project Combating violence against women in Ukraine - phase II (COVAW-II).
